From here, you can reach the download section, information, and documentation for the SAP DB Version 7.3.

With SAP DB version 7.4, the next official major release of SAP DB software is available. Nevertheless, we will continue developing version 7.3, for those using it in productive systems.

Note:
All new users of SAP DB are recommended to start with version 7.4, since it offers a number of valuable new features.
